Organo™ Organic Green Tea combines the properties of green tea with Ganoderma lucidum, a prized mushroom to create an antioxidant rich drink. Ganoderma lucidum – also known as the red Reishi mushroom. The powerhouse of mushrooms, has been used for over 2,000 years for its ability to support a healthy immune system because it can help support the growth of your body’s own active immune system cells.

Polyphenols – are natural antioxidants that help fight the negative effects of oxidative stress, and helps support the immune system, a healthy heart, healthy brain and more.
Theanine – An important amino acid that supports dopamine to bring you a general feeling of calmness and can help support healthy blood pressure and healthy blood sugars.

Tea has been consumed for thousands of years, making it one of the oldest plant based beverages.Tea is also the most consumed beverage around the world, after water. Green tea uses the same tea leaves as black tea, except it does not go through the same drying process. Green tea is dried by steaming, which keeps its oxidation levels to a minimum and results on a mild and grassy flavored drink and green coloured leaves.

Place the tea bag at the bottom of the cup and pour the hot water on top to your desired level. Freshly boiled water, rested for a 2-3 minutes so the temperature drops to 140-185°F (60-85°C), is the ideal temperature for when you pour it.
Steep for 3-5 minutes and drink.
Make your own flavors by adding ginger, honey, sugar, or lime. Chill and serve cold over ice with fresh mint or lemon.
